We used Ruffell-Brown to supply and install hunter Douglas blinds for our new home. We chose automated silhouettes and pirouettes on our main floor and couldn't be happier with the product. Cheryl was prompt, professionall and very knowledgeable. The product arrived on time and was professionally installed. We had a couple minor issues with two of the blinds but Karen and Cheryl both addressed the issue for us and corrected the problem all under warranty.
