Called in the morning for a non-emergency repair and had a repair man in my home by 1:00 pm. Craig did a great job of quickly finding the cause of my leak and had all the parts he need to make the repair timely. Haven't seen a drop of water of the floor since. This was my 2nd experience with Gary's and have been very satisfied both times.
