The service from Gary's Plumbing and Heating was good, but their prices were a little high. I had a water heater that exploded in a rental unit, and I didn't have time to shop around. They had someone available who could get out there fast in an emergency situation. I thought that they provided good service and were very responsive when they replaced the water heater. They were good at answering questions, came out quickly, and communicated what the problem and solution was. This was the first time I used them and I would probably shop around before using them again based on the price.
