Sadly, not only were the techs unable to fix my problem, which was to install a new lift lever plug, after charging e $281., but I had to call them back to fix a leak theycaused when they cleaned out the drain in my lavatory. Since it was still leaking I had to pay another plumber to fix it, which involved using a wrench to tighten the joint. I'm so sorry that it didn't work out. I hate writing this.
