Had Gary’s plumbing come out yesterday!
Love that they called me to let me know the technician was on his way and sent me a picture of what the technician looked like!.
The technician Jimmy was excellent I have a dog and he was very kind and respectful to her got down to her level talked to her and let her smell him. After that we went on to the issues that brought Jimmy and his helper Ryan to my home. They were very quick to diagnose the problem and offered advice on multiple fixes for the problem.
Jimmy gave us estimates for the options and wasn’t pushy. He made sure to ask before leaving if there was any other concerns we may have had and if we needed him to go back over anything.
All in all very pleased with Jimmy and his helper Ryan.
