I called Gary’s to have toilet installed. Receptionist was courteous and helpful. My appointment was for Monday but they were able to fit me on Friday. They called and emailed me to let me know plumber was on his way. Jeffrey was prompt, gave us an estimate before starting th job, completed the installation cleaned up, explained the bill and could not have been better. I just got a shock that the cost of removing an old toilet and installing a new one was $432 which included tax. But we have nothing to compare it to and were very happy with the work and the timing.
