I called Gary's Plumbing and Heating, LLC because we had a plumbing emergency on a Friday at 6 pm in the evening. I turned on the faucet and there was no hot water. We've lived here for 21 years and this was the first time there was no hot water. I went to the mechanical room to see what was going on and there was water spraying everywhere. It was going all over the ceiling and all over the other equipment. We had a Gary's Plumbing and Heating, LLC magnet on the refrigerator. I don't know how we got it, but it was like a blessing that it was right there. We called, and we got an answer right away (I think it was Shane) and he said he was just finishing a job and he would be right there. It was less than 15 minutes before he was here. He first shut the water to the house off and he showed me how to do that as well. He took a look at the old tank and said we had the choice of a coated tank or a stainless steel tank to replace it. We chose stainless steel because that's just better. He helped mop up all the water. Within an hour everything was taken care of. He had the machinery replacement right on the truck and he didn't have to order anything. I thought that was fantastic!
We put a rotating fan in the basement to dry up the rest of the moisture, and I let it run all night. I would definitely call Gary's Plumbing and Heating, LLC before anyone else now. He explained everything and guided us every step of the way. It was an educational experience and even though it was in an emergency situation, it turned out to be a positve experience.
