The leak in my drain piping was found when Gary's Plumbing did a different job. At the time they offered a quote to do the job. The drain line was misaligned and rather than put in fitting at align the pipe the original installer forces a set of flanges together. Eventually over the decades it failed causing the leak. Gary's plumber, Cruz Navarro, came in with the proper equipment and fittings and in a few short hours made the fix, cut a new hole in the bathroom floor, installed the toilet connection and set the toilet.
The only delay to the start of the work was unscheduled illness in the plumbing staff.
