Hot water heater replacement

Tried to charge me $3800.00 to replace a water heater. Told them I would furnish new water heater and have ready for install and they wanted to charge me $1800.00 for that. They have only flat rate pricing, really disappointed with the whole experience. Found another company who had water heater and did the whole install and took away old water heater for under $1400.00.

This is not what happened at all and we put this customer on the do not serve list. A very complicated job!
Reality is not happening with this fellow.
