We had a crisis at a rental we own due the failure of a recently installed (by me) 50 gallon electric hot water tank. Gary's dispatch set me up with the next window available which turned out to be the following morning. Knowing the urgency of our need - when a tech freed up a couple hours after I reached out to them they were able to accommodate us. While in the end they were not able to solve our issue they were able to help me sleuth the problem, allowing me to ultimately get my tenants hot water.
