The serviceman said the faucet was beyond repair where any guarantee could be issued. It would need to be replaced. He explained what he thought would be the most practical replacement and gave me an estimate. He thought it might be necessary for drywall repair, but would not know until he reached that point.
He completed the job that day and called to say it was finished. He was able to place a panel over the back of the pipes so no drywall repair was necessary. He took pictures of his work and they were forwarded to me. My tenant was pleased and I am also pleased with a job well done.
