Fair - okay - wasn’t all that impressed
Two employees knocked on my door - did not say hello or introduce themselves - I had to initiate the conversation and say hello and I said “oh u guys must be from Gary’s plumbing “ - their response : “uh huh” then the lead guy said “so what are we here for ?” I thought huh... that is un-professional - I had to explain the entire job to them and even then they were looking kind of dazed and confused . The lead guy said “yah they told me something about using the snake “ . I left them to the job and within 20 minutes there was a knock on my door - the lead guy said to me “ uhh , we’ve Got a problem “ which worried me at first - but then as I probed with questions he said, “well my snake broke in your pipe and now my day just got a whole lot worse and I have dig up the ground and hopefully retrieve my broken snake ... this is going to take a lot longer then I wanted it to .” Well I thought , wow how un-professional to complain to the customer and make me feel like the job was a botch ... the other technician actually smiled at me and said “we will get you taken care of “ - thank goodness for him with a positive attitude and a smile . When I left for work , I had no idea how long they would be or even if the job would be completed successfully . When I returned from work there was no notice or any communication from anyone that the job actually happened - I had no idea . When the office called the next day for payment , I asked all those questions and told Carolyn on the phone how all this had happened .
