We had a slow leak behind our washer due to faulty valves which caused the dry wall to mold. All the damaged wall with mold was removed before fixing the valves to allow a new washing machine to be installed. What I appreciated the most is that the the original estimate of labor was reduced by $200 after the fact because the plumber said that wall and mold damage was not as bad as expected. I appreciated this level of honesty.
