I always try to hire local businesses. I live in a mobile home park and I see Gary's Plumbing in our park. I need an outside water faucet, so I gave Gary's a call. I was scheduled for a week later. The technician was Will. He seemed irritated and un interested in the whole situation. When I showed him around looking for the best options to place the faucet, again he gave off the feeling of being very uninterested. I have a couple of large pots I needed to move and he wouldn't even help. When I got the pots moved away from the crawl space he gave a quick look and so that my underneath was sealed with something and he would have to go in and cut it and wasn't going to be responsible for replacing it. I finally had to look under the home and show him where the new main line was. He finally warmed up and became at ease when I let him know I wasn't going to accept his offer. I don't feel comfortable using this company now. I feel bad for that.
