Everything and everyone was wonderful. The service person on the phone was so courteous and understanding in making sure I got a timely appointment. Shane, the service person who came to my home was also courteous and as always, he was knowledgeable and found the problem immediately. He's always been my service person from Gary's and he's always efficient, kind and has always done a great job.
