We have used Gary's on two occasions. Once Doug did a repair on our mini-split heat exchanger. Most recently, Shane and James accomplished a plumbing job that two other companies had failed to figure out. Both times the service was prompt, responsive, organized, clean and about as much fun as a plumbing/heating repair can be.
Most of all, the staff from Gary's, including their dispatcher, have been smart, willing to listen, and attentive to detail. Oh, and in both cases, they gave us a quote before they started, and they stuck to it.
