I asked for a quote to have my water heater for a radiant heating system replaced. A polite service tech showed up immediately and gave me a quote for $6,000.00. I declined and got two there quotes. both were under $5,000.00. Their labor rate is about $300.00/hour... I have used them before on other simple projects but on something that more complicated I would look else where.
