Garys responded quickly on the holiday weekend. Verbal quote was reasonable and we arranged an appointment to fix. The written quote didn't come as promised. Follow-up produced the quote which was much higher than the verbal putting us in a bad place. Called and asked for Gary who called me back. He apologized for the difference in the quotes and honored the lower one. The plumber responding did a great job. Turned out to be very satisfactory.
