Gary's Plumbing and Heating, LLC came to my house and analyzed the problem. They found out that it was the meter that needed to be replaced, which is responsive to its factory. The meter happened to be defective 7 times the water consumption in the house. So, the meter was replaced by the factory. They really did a good job identifying the problem, were very professional and effective!
