It was a very good experience with Gary's Plumbing and Heating, LLC. They were very resourceful. They came late in the afternoon and ran a camera down the pipe to find that the blockage had a T-shape. It was under the slab. With the camera, they were able to show there were no holes in the pipe, but there was kind of a black goo.

I don't think that line has ever been cleaned since I started working there in 1971. I got a sample of a bacterial substance that uses enzymes to help dissolve all of that. I was very happy with Jimmy. I thought he was very intelligent about the whole problem.
