I came yesterday March 9, 2019. You only had one guy who was working. I sat in the waiting area while I waited for my oil change. There was a customer there before me, but then business picked up. I saw your employee leave multiple time to greet each customer who pull up for and oil change. I notice he never raised nor went under my car. I felt like my oil change I paid for was not given to me. I checked my oil when I got home and the oil still looked dirty and old as if it was never changed it, looked just like he added more oil then reset the oil gauge. Everything on the receipt was checked completed but was done way to fast to complete for just one person to do alone. I was charged extra for an oil filter and I didn't not even receive a oil filter. My car never left the ground nor did he ever go under it. I was charged 41 dollars for a oil change I never received. I felt like your employee was a hard worker but he half did the job because business was picking up and he was alone.
