Before the holiday weekend, our air conditioner was not cooling, so we called Double N Services to come out and fix it. It is cooling now, but when the fan comes on there is a loud thump and a knocking sound. We are going to call them to come out and fix that problem, now that the weekend is over. The repairman who came out did not clean up after himself when he was finished, and he left debris on the carpet and tile.

As it is right now, I am not happy with the job they did, but if they come back and get rid of those thumping noises I will give them a better review with more stars.
