Double N Services did carpet cleaning and stain removal at a number of different locations for me. I like the fact that they use biodegradeable and environmentally friendly materials, and they don't leave the carpet really wet. Sometimes they do have some small scheduling problems, and sometimes the cleaners are not as professional as I would hope for. However, I think they really try to do a good job and I was pleased with the final product. I had one property where I recommended them to a client and the carpet was damp for longer than I expected- which hadn't happened at any other properties. The carpet had a smell to it after the cleaning, but it may have been the homeowner instead of the cleaning products used- it was hard to judge on that once. The owner did come out as couple of times to try to remediate the situation, which spoke highly of their willingness to make it right.
