I definitely would recommend Double N Services - Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning in terms of having good customer service, a good price, and being very responsive. I did have to follow up but that wasn't a problem--it was just confirming the time, more or less. They had hauled away an area rug and I just wanted to see when we were going to get it back. I held them to the time that the technician had promised, and they honored it.

The area rug is great. It's clean again and I'm not worried about anything negative taking up residency that is not paying rent; that's my biggest fear with carpets, that there could be living things in there--you never know. And their responsiveness was perfect because they set the expectation and the expectation was met. That's why Double N Services continues to be in business--because they meet their commitments.
