Purchased a Problematic Microwave

The interior microwave light started working intermittently about 5 days after the unit was installed, then totally stopped working after a month. We called Kelly's and they arranged to have a service tech from United Repair come to our house. The repair tech from the first appointment couldn't fix the problem and ordered a new socket. A different repair tech for the second appointment couldn't fix the problem and ordered a new halogen bulb. We are now waiting for our third appointment date. Also, the rotating vent wheel makes noise. We have all GE Profile appliances but are NOT HAPPY with this new microwave, which is surprising as it is highly rated by Consumer Reports. If the third service call does not fix the problem, we will be contacting Kelly's and insisting they get us another new unit. We have purchased many items at Kelly's over the years.
