VERY poor service
We purchased all new appliance from Kelly's including a refrigerator that were ALL delivered and installed in our home. Unfortunately, upon delivery our refrigerator was dented. We did get a call immediately saying that they were responsible and that they would be ordering a new door right away to replace the dented door. After MONTHS of trying to get the door replaced, one YEAR later the refrigerator was replaced. Terrible follow through, terrible customer service. We had spent several thousands of dollars at Kelly's. Appliances, warrenties, delivery, installations. I not only won't be back. I'll be sure to tell my story to other perspective buyers that I know.
