I have to say that this is the absolute best customer service I have ever received. The men were on time, very courteous and professional, and were in and out without any disturbance whatsoever. Not only that, NATHAN checked every faucet was checked prior to leaving to ensure all lines were clear. The new hot water tank was installed, strapped, and the old one removed before I knew it! The price beat Benla's and was more inclusive in that it included the expansion tank, earthquake strapping, and line clearing. NATHAN went above and beyond to quickly fix a stripped faucet handle in my downstairs bathroom,and explained what was wrong with it. He also took time to explain about the quality of the equipment he was installing, and the difference in value GR PLUMBING Plumbing offers in that the installers are also plumbers. It has been so long since I've received that kind of customer service that I had been meaning to call to let your company know how rare and great the service was, but Kristen beat me to it—calling this morning to follow up.
