NC Siding and Windows was recommended by a friend and now I’m recommending them. Rarely does anything go as smoothly as the installation did. I had the best experience. Their quote was the most reasonable. They contacted me exactly when they said they would, showed up on time, and installed on schedule. They also accommodated several requests regarding my skittish two-year-old cat; they didn’t ring the doorbell and they did replace the windows in the office first, so I could move him from the hall bathroom. It took less than 5.5 hours to replace 11 windows and they even replaced my alarm sensors. Surprisingly, installation wasn’t terribly noisy, so I was able to work. Finally, the finished product is beautiful!! They have screens that are basically invisible. In fact, I didn’t know they were installed until I was up close. The first thing I noticed, after the screens, was how quiet my house was. I’m looking forward to lower energy bills as well, & I think I’ll even enjoy cleaning both sides of my windows now that I can clean the outside part of the myself. I think this company is family owned and their pride in their work and customer service comes through. Highly recommend this local family owned company.
