Heard sounds in heating/ac unit for several weeks that sounded like a woodpecker. Agee's sent Mr. Kelly Smothers out this morning and checked things out. Nothing wrong with heater or ac. He went into the attic where he found bird feathers which indicates there might have been a woodpecker or bird up there for some time. I called our pest control service to come out. Most air conditioning/heating service people would not have done this. What a dedicated employee.
