Alan was very congenial and did a great job checking out our system.
Alan was the tech that serviced our system for it's bi-annual service.He was very congenial and professional and installed a drain pan treatment to keep the drain running free. He located a valve leaking freon and ordered a replacement that will fix the problem before the unit fails. I would like for him to be my assigned tech.
