Follow up warranty service
Zach took care of our semi-annual service and provided a professional close out summary. He told us Mike would contact us to schedule the warranty follow up service appointment. He contacted us two days later for the service tech appointment. When Bryan came out yesterday the service took a little longer than expected. He also noticed the electrical outlet in the attic that supplied power to the AC heater unit was hotter than normal. I appreciated his keen observation and thanked him for his recommendation. He just suggested I replace the plug so I asked him if he could take care of it. Luckily he had an outlet in his van and I was glad to pay the minimal cost and avoid a potential unknown hazard. We've been Agee customers since 1988 and their service is outstanding.
