This company install cheap low grade unit that breakdown within the first year. The receptionist hangs up on you when trying to request more info or a call back. They will charge 90 trip fee to repair warranted unit. Also if they don't they don't finish the job they will charge you a second 90 dollar trip fee to come back out and complete the work. They have sympathy for their customers.
