I've been a customer of Agees since moving here in 2000. I like the fact they are local and ALWAYS provide outstanding service. They are proactive in contacting you to schedule semi-annual system tune ups and the schedulers are polite and easy to deal with. Their technicians are thorough, knowledgeable, and respectful of my property while performing their work inside and outside of my home. I purchased a new system from them in 2009...totally trust them for preventive maintenance visits every spring/fall. Had my fall tune up today and their technician (Alan) did an outstanding job, going above and beyond to answer my questions and also clean the condenser at my request (normally done only in the spring). Bottom Line: I am a long-time satisfied customer--they have earned my trust and will continue to get my business.
