I have been with Agee's for many years for my home AC. This week I found myself in need of someone to help with my wall AC unit. Home Depot couldn't install after I bought it there and didn't have anyone to refer me to. So, I called my faithful Agees. Mike explained they didn't do wall AC, but would look around for someone who might do one for me. I was shocked and very pleased. Received a call from someone with a mini unit, so I called Mike back and they offer them. He sent Kelly out to give me information on these units. After evaluating my home situation, he stated that my best option at this time would be to keep the window unit and try that. If this doesn't work, then we will try the mini units or a new, larger home system. During this time, he checked the ductwork and found it to be in good shape. He went above and beyond his job duties to help with this situation. I WAS EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECIEVED FROM MIKE, STEPHANIE, AND KELLY.
