I have used the company Agee's for about 5 years. They are always friendly, reliable, and consistant. Today was the spring check-up. The technician, Ricardo, checked the drain to make sure it was clear (we went outside to make sure it dripped with no blockage). He brought in the shop vac to clean the area inside the closet around the heater/AC unit. He recommended a needed new part, explained why it was needed, it was on the truck and he was able to install it without another service call.
