Chris was professional and answered all my questions. He went out of his way to show me the specs on the unit and actual readings on the compressor (amps, voltage, pressures) for the coolant, fans, startup capacitors, etc. The only thing that i was not happy with was the cost to replace the U/V light in the platinum, but that was not Chris's fault. The U/V light as out of warranty.
