I had an experience about 6 years ago with them, and it was very positive. I reached out recently with an issue, and we will know the results of that after this year's rainy season. They installed an indoor doggy door, that's built into the slider. The dogs love it, and we love it. Because I've had a positive experience with them the first time, you tend to stick with businesses that do well by you. They respond well, gave me a quote, came and did what they said they were going to do, and I guess you can't get better than that.
