This was my first time using D & D Glass Works and everything turned out perfect! I was trying to get a window custom made for my home, and it's an acoustical glass window - like a soundproof glass window - and it had to be custom made. They don't pre-make windows like what I needed. D & D Glass Works was the lowest bid by several hundred dollars between the other three companies I called for a quote. The quality is suburb! They were really good at customer service, and everything turned out great in the end. I am going to need some more custom windows, and all future windows will be purchased from D & D Glass Works.
