I wish Mirlanda would get back to me on time as Andreina used to do. The service is good, I was told in the beginning that the modification would take 7 months by Mr Desouza as long as I am naking my paymens.. It's taking too long to get the modification. I made 7 payments already. I just would like for Mirlanda to give me positive vibes. When I spoke to her last time, she told me that it's not guaranteed that I get the modification or the bank can turn around and keep my house. I didn't feel safe when she told me that. I have been working very hard to try to save my home. I have rented parts of my home just to be able to keep it and to move forward with my life. Mr Desouza gave me more hope than Mirlanda. I just wish that Mirlanda could give me better hope, and be more positive. It really bothered me when she said that to me. After all these efforts that I have made, I want to keep my home and get the modification. I just would like for her to keep on top of things and help me keep my home. I always provide the documents when I am asked to. I would like a call from Mr Desouza.
