I have known Russ Smeltz for quite some time and within the last six years, I started calling on him to do my plumbing and heating work. He is an absolute gentleman. He is very neat and keeps the areas clean after he's finished working. He works very quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend him to anyone for for their heating or plumbing work.
