I hired this company to move me on 5/28/19. When I was given my quote I gave details to absolutely everything in my home. My appointment was for 8 am. At 8:16 I received a call saying they was a half hour away. When they arrived the mover started complaining about the moves, me having so many bags, and my lamps not being in boxes. He has a very unprofessional nasty attitude. I told him, moving is stressful enough and I don't need his nasty attitude and disrespect in my house. He started arguing with me and leaving in and out my place 3 times to complain to the other workers. The 3rd time he left out (leaving my door wide open) I slammed it shut and called Thoughtful Moving Company and they came out the same day and was professional and worked hard with no complaints. I would never recommend this company. Not even for pro bono work. On BBB they have a A+ grade, My grade is an F.
