Im a NYer moved down to FL only 4 yrs ago. A couple of months ago I decided to downsize. With so many horror stories re: moving companies, the NY in me arose and I was suspicious of every company I researched. I kept coming back to this company. Finally I called and spoke with Randy. I shot straight from the hip and told him my concerns and what I desired in a reputable moving company. I also have an upright piano that had to be moved to the second floor which really concerned me if they would be able to handle this. I mentioned my budget being tight due to preparing for Hurricane Irma and stressed how this move could not go above my budget. Randy ran through the numbers with me and gave me a number I was comfortable with. The day arrived and my level of anxiety was high hoping I chose right. Well.....let me tell you....they young men called me an hour BEFORE time and advised they were on their way. So the move actually began 45 minutes before. These guys were whipping in and out of rooms and loading that truck with great speed. They were very careful to wrap furniture and pointed out items that appeared to be loose. When we got to the new place , these amazing fellows put their heads together in figuring out how to get that piano up 18 carpeted stairs. When they were about to begin I went to the opposite end of the apt so not to look. This thing was heavy and I felt for them. Yet they managed to get this thing up within 10 minutes. I was so proud of them I just wanted to hug them. They also made sure not to tear the carpet. The entire move was done within 3 hours saving me a good hunk of change. They also kept vigilance on not tearing up tiles or scratching the walls. Boxes were piled carefully so not to put a heavier box on a lighter one. I am so impressed with these guys I spoke to my leasing office about them and they took this companies name to give to residents either moving in or out who usually ask for a reputable companies. Randy, you and the guys (Jason, Eddie, Steve) were awesome. Thank you all so much for making this a worry free, stressless experience. Bless you all and Happy Holidays!!!!
