I've worked with Old Towne Plumbing, Heating & AC for about 5 years through a real estate company where I work. I supervise the maintenance of our properties and I use Old Towne as my plumber. I have been quite satisfied throughout the years. I have them visiting properties at least once, twice, maybe 3 times a month. Sometimes its tough to get the times you want, that's where they fall down a bit. I think Carl, the owner, could be more involved. We are in contact with the plumber, the master plumber, and the master electrician who works for him, but we very seldom contact Carl himself, but I think he should be more involved when we leave messages. I generally find them great to work with, though. They are good people, I love 'em.
