Terry and his staff are AWESOME!!
I've dealt with other contractors in the past and the typical happens: they start the work and disappear before it's complete (which I've never understood).
Terry's team at Sterling Renovation gave me a VERY fair estimate and timeline. Both were met!! In fact, he subtracted some paint I bought for the project... I DID NOT expect that. He is honest and does phenomenal work!
We WILL use them again.
