No job too small, including our 60 ft² utility room ceiling. The ceiling collapsed due to builder shortcuts almost 50 years before. We also discovered insulation was not installed in the original construction.
We had tried for nearly a month to just have a contractor commit to an estimate, until we contacted Terry. Once the estimate appointment was made, the process was quick. We provided paint and insulation, Terry did the rest. Now we have our room enclosed again. For the first time in the 12 years we have owned the house, this utility room is not too hot or too cold...just right!
