I called Sterling Drywall basically at random on a list of sheetrock repair companies. Boy, did I ever guess right. They not only took my call, which is step 1, sometimes contractors will not even pick up the phone or call you back, step 2 - explained their business process and what forms needed to be filled and signed which is paperless., step 3 - had me on the schedule the next day.
