John answered immediately and was able to quickly determine the severity of the carpet cleaning based on text images I sent him. An appointment was made within a few days and he was on time, professional and polite. The cleaning took about 2.5 hours which is longer than it has taken with most services I've used before but that is because he spot cleans so thoroughly. The carpet looks like new and he even provided help feedback about replacing the carpet and keeping it maintained for future sale. A week out and the carpet still looks amazing - and there were some very large, set in stains on an light colored berber carpet. Awesome job - highly recommend!
