John did an amazing job on our wall-to-wall carpeted basement. The carpet was overdue for a cleaning and a few pet stains had been there longer than I care to admit. John did a great job and got ALL the stains out. He was prompt, on time, and very clean and professional. The pricing was great. Would definitely recommend him (and already have).
