I wanted a company that did not use strong chemicals. I did not want my rugs saturated and have to wait 48 hours for them to dry. I had so many stains (new condo...stains from previous owner) I never expected them to come out.
Jon came...rugs are immaculate (and they are 11 years old) ...no smell...and after 2 hours the rugs are dry.
I am amazed and so happy.
