I was thoroughly impressed and pleased with the results of this carpet cleaning process. And knowing that Jon and his assistant used a green process and products made the results all the more satisfying (who wants toxic chemicals in the same space where you live?). In fact, I previously used another carpet cleaning service which was not green, and the results of the Green Homes process were far superior. It is now almost three weeks since we had the carpeting cleaned, and it is still beautiful, even in high traffic areas. And we have white carpeting and kids and pets! Our white carpeted stairs are STILL looking great! I have not vacuumed them once since Green Homes was here!! Haven't needed to, which is not at all the usual case with white carpet. Finally, Jon and his assistant were right on time, and very pleasant professionals.
